February 10, 5:37 p.m. — Michael A. Sparrow, 27, of 109 W. Central Ave., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), and failure to reinstate his driver’s license as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of Pleasant Street.

February 9, 8:07 p.m. — Michael A. Reichert, 35, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. 6, was arrested at his residence on a warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.

February 9, 3:25 p.m. — Darren G. Stutz, 30, of 532 S. Tyler St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Mercer County Juvenile Court while at his residence.

February 7, 9:55 a.m. — Stephen A. Davies, 38, of 208 W. Maple Ave., was arrested on a charge of intimidation of a witness while in the 800 block of North Washington Street.

February 5, 4:01 p.m. — Tracey M. Wilson, 43, of 308 W. Maple Ave., Apt. 2W, was arrested on warrants issued in Van Wert Municipal Court and on behalf of the Adams County (Indiana) Probation Department.

February 5, 4:15 p.m. — Bryan D. Moonshower, 46, of 1013 Pearson St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

February 4, 8:40 a.m. — Kevin J. Linton, 31, of Convoy, was charged with criminal trespass while in the Briarwood Mobile Home Court.

February 3, 11:47 p.m. — Jose A. Sanchez, 40, of 811 E. Main St., was cited for OVI and driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of High and Congress streets. Two passengers in his vehicle, Heather Sue Replogle, 34, also of 811 E. Main, and April J. Landis, 52, of 239 N. Franklin St., were cited for open container violations.

February 2, 10:53 p.m. — Joaquin M. Estrada, 43, of 503 Davis St., was charged with two counts of menacing and one count each of disorderly conduct and an open container violation as a result of a disturbance near the intersection of Lincoln and Sibley streets.

February 3, 2:37 a.m. — Randy L. Sturgill, 28, of 416 N. Chestnut St., was charged with disorderly conduct/public intoxication while in the 100 block of West Main Street.

February 1, 1:39 a.m. — Harley J. Phillabaum, 23, of 1282-A Sunrise Court, was charged with domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.

January 26, 3 a.m. — Corbin J. Cornelius, 18, of 112 N. Harrison St., was charged with aggravated menacing in connection with an incident that occurred at his residence.

January 23, 6:59 p.m. — Rebecca M. Greber, 38, of 330 N. Wayne St., was cited for persisting disorderly conduct as a result of an incident at Van Wert Health, 1250 S. Washington St.

January 21, 3:21 p.m. — Taren J. DeCamp, 39, of 511 N. Jefferson St., Apt. I, was cited for the alleged shoplifting of food and other items from the Van Wert Walmart store.

January 18, 3:16 p.m. — Dustyn J.F. Taylor, 27, of 246 Burt St., was charged with theft and criminal trespass for an incident that occurred at the Van Wert Walmart store.

January 18, 8:22 p.m. — Jamie L. Karolyi, 41, of Scott, was charged with theft for an alleged shoplifting incident at the Van Wert Walmart store.
