January 26, 12:47 p.m. — Elisha J. Secrist, 22, of 243 College Ave., was charged with domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.

January 25, 12:12 p.m. — Dustin T. Cooper, 35, of 328 S. Vine St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and Drew Kenny, 26, of 308 S. Chestnut St., was arrested on a pick-up order from the Ohio Parole Authority following a traffic stop near the intersection of Race and Main streets.

January 24, 2:47 p.m. — Stephany N. Wilson, 27, of Convoy, was cited for obstruction of justice for providing aid and transportation to a person she knew was the object of an active arrest warrant.

January 25, 10:02 p.m. — Jessica K. Sutherland, 41, of 139 Idlewood Drive, was arrested at Van Wert Health on an active warrant issued in Celina Municipal Court.

January 24, 8:44 a.m. — James B. Fuller, 40, of 501 Blaine St., was arrested on an active warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court, and was also charged with one count of obstructing official business.

January 24, 8:22 p.m. — David J. Bashore, 47, of 226 N. Chestnut St., was issued an affidavit for Van Wert Municipal Court while at his residence.

January 24, 1:10 a.m. — Justin R. Reiley, 37, of 321 Gordon Ave., was charged with theft of a motor vehicle in connection with a vehicle stolen in the 700 block of South Shannon Street.

January 22, 3:12 p.m. — Alexis E. Moellering, 23, of 14837 Ohio 709, Van Wert, was cited for possession of marijuana paraphernalia during a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Walnut streets.

January 20, 7:27 p.m. — Joshua D. Finfrock, 34, of Paulding, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired following a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Franklin Street.

January 18, 9:52 p.m. — Stephanie K. Davis, 35, of 108 S. Franklin St., was charged with domestic violence in connection with an incident that occurred at her residence.

January 18, 6:25 p.m. — Louis A. Martz, 38, of 333 N. Washington St., Apt. 3, was cited for domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.

January 15, 7:46 p.m. — Michael D. Hipsley, 35, of 315 N. Race St., was cited for criminal damaging and possession of marijuana paraphernalia after police responded to a report of a person kicking machines at Dit & Toes Laundromat, 634 N. Washington St.
