March 8, 4:37 p.m. — Forrest E. Houseworth III, 36, of 329 N. Chestnut St., was given a summons to appear in Van Wert Municipal Court.

March 3, 3:30 p.m. — Kyle D. Houts, 37, of Celina, was picked up at Celina Police Department and transported to Van Wert in connection with an outstanding Van Wert Municipal Court warrant.

February 28, 10:53 p.m. — Kasey L. Schisler, 31, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. A, was charged with domestic violence in connection with an incident that occurred at his residence.

February 29, 1 a.m. — Tara Jo Pernell, 37, of 737 S. Tyler St., was charged with domestic violence for an incident that occurred at her residence.

February 26, 1:40 p.m. — Bethany L. Nicholson, 30, of 816 Elm St., Apt. 1, was cited for domestic violence for an incident that occurred at her residence.

February 25, 8:32 p.m. — Amanda M. Lazarus, 35, of Thistlewood Apartments, Apt. 237, was arrested on a warrant issued in Indiana.
