9:34 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

10:08 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Cable Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

10:10 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Payne Road in Tully Township to check an abandoned 911 call.

12:41 p.m. – Deputies checked an area of McClerry Road in Ridge Township for a suspicious male in a white van going door to door.

2:15 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Harrison Center Road in Harrison Township to check the welfare of livestock.

4:56 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on U.S. 127 in Hoaglin Township for a commercial alarm.

5:18 p.m. – Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on Monticello Spencerville Road in Jennings Township. A 2016 Honda Civic driven by a juvenile from Spencerville was traveling eastbound on Monticello Spencerville Rd when the vehicle drove off the right side of the road. It appeared the driver overcorrected, causing the vehicle to then drive left of center and off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a concrete field post. Due to the damage on top of the vehicle it appeared the vehicle rolled at least once after hitting the post. The driver suffered minor injuries that did not require treatment.

5:30 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Slane Road in Hoaglin Township to assist a disabled motorist.

6:21 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on U.S. 224 in Pleasant Township for a reported dispute with a neighbor.

6:30 p.m. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on Spencerville Delphos Road in Washington Township.
6:56 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Jackson Street in the Village of Wren to investigate a report of a possible breaking and entering.

9:30 p.m. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on Simpson Street in the Village of Willshire for a subject having difficulty breathing.
