Sunday, October 15 – charged Malachi Battle and Blake Clabough with disorderly conduct by fighting in the 700 block of Fox Road.

Sunday, October 15 – a menacing report was taken in the 700 block of Fox Road after a disorderly conduct incident occurred earlier at the same location.

Sunday, October 15 – a report was made in reference to telecommunications harassment.

Sunday, October 15 – a missing person report was taken in the 1000 block of Linden Drive.

Monday, October 16 – a call was made in reference to a civil issue in the 200 block of W. Second St.

Monday, October 16 – arrested Tommie J. Greishaber, 53, of Van Wert, for a CPO violation after an incident in the 300 block of N. Walnut St.

Monday, October 16 – arrested Noah Stechscholte, 19, and Jacob Stechscholte, 20, of Van Wert for underage consumption of alcohol while in the 300 block of N. Washington St.

Monday, October 16 – property was dropped off at the police department.

Monday, October 16 – the theft of a riding lawn mower was reported in the 300 block of N. Tyler St.

Tuesday, October 17 – a report was made in reference to telephone harassment.

Tuesday, October 17 – a theft was reported at Walmart.

Tuesday, October 17 – a theft report was taken in the 700 block of High St.

Tuesday, October 17 – a city resident went to the police department to report telecommunications harassment.

Tuesday, October 17 – police were dispatched to Bell Avenue for a distraught male.

Tuesday, October 17 – a report was taken for aggravated menacing in the 800 block of E. Main St.

Wednesday, October 18 – a theft was reported in the 300 block of Towne Center Blvd. No charges were filed and the victim requested the suspect be warned for trespassing.

Wednesday, October 18 – arrested Chloe Beining for shoplifting at 301 Towne Center Blvd.

Wednesday, October 18 – a telecommunications harassment report 500 block of Collins Ave.

Thursday, October 19 – a trespassing report was taken at 301 Towne Center Blvd.

Thursday, October 19 – an assault was reported at Fountain Park. After investigating, two juveniles were charged.

Friday, October 20 – EMS and police responded to the 1200 block of Lincoln Highway.

Friday, October 20 – arrested Ashley Slusher for domestic violence after a complaint in the 200 block of N. Chestnut St.

Saturday, October 21 – Tina M. Muter, 46, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Saturday, October 21 – police and EMS were dispatched to a medical emergency in the 800 block of State St.

Sunday, October 22 – a non-criminal report was taken after a K9 bite occurred on October 20 in the 500 block of Wayne St.
