3:09 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer. No injuries were reported.

3:46 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer. No injuries were reported.

3:49 a.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for burglary, a second-degree felony. Daniel Thomas Lehmkuhle, 25, of Delphos is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

7:58 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village of Convoy to assist with an unruly juvenile.

8:13 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Convoy Road in Hoaglin Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert Police.

9:15 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point Fire to a residence on Griswold Street in the Village of Middle Point for a subject who was dizzy.

10:00 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Bockey Road in Jackson Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert Police.

11:34 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location in the Village of Convoy to investigate a report of aggravated menacing. The incident remains under investigation.

12:34 p.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for community control violation. Thomas C. Medford, 42, of Ohio City is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

2:45 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Elgin Converse Road in York Township to check an abandoned 911 call.

3:32 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Street in the Village of Willshire to conduct a welfare check on a juvenile.

4:13 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Convoy Road in Harrison Township for a subject having chest pain.

4:46 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Gamble Road in Ridge Township on a report of two subjects along the roadway acting suspicious.

6:06 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Road in Tully Township to check an open line 911 call.

9:03 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Hoffman Street in the Village of Ohio City on a complaint of suspicious activity.

10:51 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer. No injuries were reported.

10:58 p.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Juvenile Court for Civil Contempt. Chancellor Scott Nelson, 28, of Van Wert is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

11:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township attempting to locate a stolen vehicle.
