Sunday, November 17 – arrsted Radu Barbalata, 30, for theft in the 300 block of Towne Center Blvd.

Sunday, November 17 – an unruly juvenile was reported in the 300 block of N. Race St.

Monday, November 18 – a criminal trespassing report was taken in the 800 block of S. Washington St.

Monday, November 18 – a report for a miscellaneous incident was taken in the 800 block of S. Washington St.

Tuesday, November 19 – a welfare check was done on a distraught female in the 300 block of W. Maple Ave.

Tuesday, November 19 – officers were assigned to Homestead Village in reference to a trespassing incident.

Wednesday, November 20 – a theft was reported in the 600 block of W. Maple Ave.

Wednesday, November 20 – a traffic citation was issued in the 300 block of E. First St.

Wednesday, November 20 – a theft report was taken in the 300 block of Towne Center Blvd.

Wednesday, November 20 – arrested Mikayla Lavy on a warrant from Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.

Wednesday, November 20 – a disorderly conduct report was taken in the 300 block of Woodland Ave.

Thursday, November 21 – officers were dispatched to a 700 block of S. Tyler St. for a trepassing incident. A burglary from a couple days prior was also brought up.

Thursday, November 21 – a criminal trespass report was taken in the 300 block of S. Shannon St.

Thursday, November 21 – a theft was reported in the 200 block of Burt St.

Thursday, November 21 – a driver was cited for failure to use vigilance while backing up in the 300 block of W. Crawford St.

Thursday, November 21 – arrested Matthew Eugene Gilliam, 40, of Van Wert for OVI and obstructing official business after an accident in the 1000 block of S. Shannon St.

Friday, November 22 – an incident of criminal mischief was reported at Franklin Park. It remains under investigation.

Saturday, November 23 – officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of W. Crawford St.

Saturday, November 23 – two juveniles were cited for violating curfew.

Saturday, November 23 – a criminal trespassing report was taken in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Saturday, November 23 – an officer was assigned to the 700 block of W. Main St. for a welfare check. It remains under investigation.
