12:10 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Woodland Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a subject having stroke symptoms.

1:14 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to an area of U.S. 30 in Washington Township for a subject with a diminished mental status.

3:00 a.m. – Dispatched Scott EMS to a residence on Dixon Cavett Road in Union Township for a subject who fell.

5:20 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 127 in Liberty Township for a report of reckless driving.

8:32 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Sycamore Street in the City of Van Wert to check the welfare of a dog.

9:13 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Feasby Wisener Road in Jackson Township for a report of trespassing.

10:01 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Pratt Street in the City of Van Wert for a subject feeling weak and dizzy.

10:38 a.m. – Deputies, along with Convoy EMS, responded to a location on West Tully Street in the Village of Convoy for a medical alarm. The incident was unfounded.

2:35 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 224 in Pleasant Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. A 2010 Ford Focus driven by Chance Mowery of Pleasant Township was northbound on Richey Road and stopped at the stop sign at U.S. 224. A 2025 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Bruce Browning of Upland, Indiana, was westbound on U.S. 224. Mowery went to turn west and struck Browning’s vehicle on the left rear tire of the trailer, failing to yield right of way. No Injuries were reported.

3:13 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a dog. No injuries were reported.

4:50 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of North Market Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of a loose dog.

5:32 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Water Street in the Village of Scott to assist a resident.

5:32 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of North Chestnut Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of two loose dogs.

6:23 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Wetzel Road in Hoaglin Township to check the welfare of a resident.

6:39 p.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Burris Road in Liberty Township for a subject who fell.

10:57 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Pleasant Township to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
