12:18 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Pleasant Township to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

2:25 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Old Tile Factory Road in Pleasant Township for a subject with a nosebleed.

10:53 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Professional Drive in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

10:55 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township to deliver a message.

11:16 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Fulton Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

11:26 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject with abdominal pain.

3:11 p.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert Common Pleas Court for a bond violation. Abbey Elaine Eutsler, 39, of Jennings Township, is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

4:24 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Road in Tully Township for a report of farm equipment that struck utility lines and snapped a utility pole.

4:30 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy to stand by as peace officers.

5:11 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on the Van Wert Mercer County Line Road in York Township for a burglary report.

6:48 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Converse Roselm Road in Washington Township to stand by as peace officers.

8:30 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area in the Village of Ohio City for a complaint of a subject driving a four-wheel ATV on streets and being reckless.

9:14 p.m. – Deputies, along with Willshire Fire and Wren EMS, responded to an area of Ohio 49 in Willshire Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. A 2018 Ford Focus driven by Riley Mittie of Elida was traveling southwest on Ohio 49 near Piqua Road. Mittie was approaching a curved roadway and failed to acknowledge the curve of Ohio 49, causing the car to go off the right side of the roadway, strike a utility pole and multiple trees. The vehicle came to a rest in a wooded area between Ohio 49 and Piqua Road. Mittie was issued a citation for failure to control.

10:17 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on North Washington Street in the City of Van Wert for a subject with chest and back pain.
