Sunday, June 28 – Jose Luis Villegas Salazar was arrested for OVI, no operator’s license, failing to obey traffic control devices, turn and stop signals, and open container after a stop at E. Main St. and N. Wayne St.

Sunday, June 28 – a criminal trespassing report was taken in the 300 block of South Ave.

Monday, June 29 – a theft report was taken in the 300 block of South Ave.

Monday, June 29 – a criminal mischief report was taken in the 500 block of Burt St.

Monday, June 29 – a domestic violence report was taken for an incident that occurred in the 100 block of E. Crawford St.

Monday, June 29 – a criminal trespassing report was taken in the 700 block of Glenn St.

Monday, June 29 – an officer took a theft report in the 300 block of Towne Center Blvd.

Tuesday, June 30 – a welfare check was conducted in the 300 block of N. Cherry St.

Tuesday, June 30 – officers arrested Tyrone Cowdrick for domestic violence. In the same incident, Christopher Frank was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of N. Race St.

Tuesday, June 30 – a vehicle was removed from a residence in the 500 block of S. Tyler St. due to a city ordinance violation.

Tuesday, June 30 – an assault report was taken in the 1200 block of Lincoln Highway.

Wednesday, July 1 – trespassing was reported in the 600 block of N. Market St.

Wednesday, July 1 – a report was taken for a traffic violation in the 600 block of N. Market St. in which the suspect’s vehicle had fled the area.

Wednesday, July 1 – an officer took a telephone harassment report in the 600 block of N. Market St.

Wednesday, July 1 – a violation of a civil protection order occurred in the 1100 block of S. Shannon St.

Thursday, July 2 – telecommunications harassment was reported in the 500 block of E. Main St.

Friday, July 3 – an officer took an unruly juvenile report in the 200 block of Towne Center Blvd.

Friday, July 3 – a report was made in reference to a possible domestic violence incident that occurred in the Biggby Coffee drive-thru.

Friday, July 3 – arrested Eric D. Bowers for theft in the 300 block of Towne Center Blvd.

Friday, July 3 – arrested Shirley E. Borton in the 100 block of N. Washington St. on a warrant from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Saturday, July 4 – a welfare check was conducted in the 1000 block of Park St.

Saturday, July 4 – a single vehicle crash occurred in the 700 block of E. Main St.

Saturday, July 4 – a protection order violation was reported in the 300 block of E. Sycamore St.
