Delphos Police blotter 7/20-7/26/2026

On 7-20-2026 – officers were sent to the area of N. Scott and E. 3rd St. for a small child riding a big wheel in the roadway.

On 7-20-2026 – officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. 12th St. for a possible domestic disturbance.

On 7-21-2026 – officers spoke with a female who reported that a family member was visiting her elderly father against her wishes. The female reported that the family member had previously stolen from her father and is abusive. Officers explained the process to obtain a protection order.

On 7-21-2026 – officers responded to a business in the 900 block of E. 5th St. after a customer called requesting police assistance due to being unhappy with service.

On 7-22-2026 – officers spoke with a sergeant at the Lima Police Department who requested assistance in looking for a runaway/missing juvenile from Lima. Officers were advised that the juvenile had been at a business in Delphos.

On 7-22-2026 – officers were sent to the 1300 block of Hedrick St. to investigate an abandoned 911 call.

On 7-23-2026 – officers spoke with a male in the 800 block of Skinner St. who requested that his sister be criminally trespassed from his property.

On 7-23-2026 – officers were dispatched to the area of E. 5th and N. Main streets to look for a male who was reportedly mistreating his dog.

On 7-24-2026 – officers were sent to the 200 block of W. Clime St. for an unwanted guest complaint.

On 7-24-2026 – officers received a complaint of a male and a female inside of a vehicle in the 300 block of S. Pierce St. possibly using drugs. Officers spoke with the male and female but did not find anything illegal.

On 7-25-2026 – officers were dispatched to a business in the 1400 block of E. 5th St. for a suspicious male walking around a building on the property.

On 7-25-2026 – officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 400 block of Moxie Lane. Officers spoke with a female and two males involved in the incident. After investigating the incident officers found probable cause to arrest one male, Anthony Doll, 53, of Texas, for domestic violence and assault.

On 7-26-2026 – officers spoke with a female in the 600 block of Davis St. who reported that a neighbor’s dog came to her property and attacked her dog. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the Van Wert County Dog Warden.
