2:56 a.m. – Dispatched Delphos EMS to a residence on Spencerville Delphos Road in Washington Township for a subject who had fallen.

5:28 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Mendon Road in York Township to check an open line 911 call.

10:21 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on South Shannon Street in the City of Van Wert to check the welfare of a dog.

10:36 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of North Washington Street in the City of Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police Department.

11:25 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point Fire to a reported structure fire on Road 177 in Paulding County.

1:42 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Foster School Road in Harrison Township for a report of an injured dog.

1:47 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of George Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of a loose dog.

2:34 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Washington Township for a report of reckless driving.

7:33 p.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert Common Pleas Court for receiving stolen property, a fourth degree felony. Tiffany Renae Page, 42, of Van Wert is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

8:16 p.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Van Wert Willshrie Road in Pleasant Township for a subject who fell.

8:44 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of McCleery Road in Ridge Township for a report of a loose potbelly pig.
