12:36 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on U.S. 127 in Hoaglin Township for a subject who passed out.
1:02 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of suspicious activity.
6:07 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Converse Roselm Road in Washington Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.
9:50 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
10:30 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point Fire to a location on Middle Point Road in Ridge Township for a fire alarm.
10:47 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
11:40 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 49 in Harrison Township for a report of broken utility poles.
12:08 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Green Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of vehicle damage.
2:00 p.m. – Deputies assisted with a funeral escort from the City of Van Wert to Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hoaglin Township.
2:13 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Elliott Street in the City of Van Wert for a subject who was weak and disoriented.
2:35 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on South Race Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
4:56 p.m. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a location on Ohio 49 in the Village of Wren for a report of an unconscious person.
8:03 p..m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Walcott Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of an abandoned vehicle.
8:38 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Pleasant Township to remove debris from the roadway.
10:22 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Mendon Road in Ridge Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. A 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Gary Roebuck of Mercer County was southbound on Mendon Road nearing the intersection of Wren Landeck Road. A 2018 Chevy Silverado pulling a 1999 Corn Trailer driven by David Hoaglin of Harrison Township was northbound on Mendon Road from Wren Landeck Road. Roebuck was left of center and struck the trailer on the driver’s side wheel well. After striking the trailer. The Grand Marquis continued southbound, left the roadway and began to turn sideways and came to a rest facing northbound in a cornfield to the East of Mendon Road. No injuries were reported.
10:24 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residential alarm on Tully Harrison Road in Tully Township.
10:25 p.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on South Shane Street in the Village of Ohio City for a subject having a seizure.
