10:16 a.m. – Deputies, along with the Willshire and Wren Fire Departments, responded to an area of Harner Road in Willshire Township for a report of a vehicle stranded in high water. Deputies issued a traffic citation to the driver, Bella Marie Carpenter, 20, of Celina, for failure to obey a traffic control device.

11:14 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on North Linn Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of Vandalism.

12:01 p.m. – Deputies spoke with a resident from the Village of Middle Point regarding a report of fraud.

12:26 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Franklin Street in the Village of Convoy to check an abandoned 911 call.

2:30 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Railroad Street in the Village of Middle Point to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

2:46 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Ohio 49 in Willshire Township for a report of a stray dog.

3:06 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on U.S. 224 in Harrison Township for a report of criminal damage.

4:13 p.m. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on Balliet Road in Harrison Township for a medical alarm.

4:17 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 33 in Willshire Township for a report of two semi-trucks stuck in the roadway due to high water.

4:24 p.m. – Dispatched Grover Hill EMS to a residence on Elm Sugar Road in Jackson Township for a subject having a seizure.

4:38 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Riley Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of a civil dispute.

6:20 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Mentzer Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of a domestic dispute.

8:05 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Liberty Union Road in Pleasant Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a deer.

9:27 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Boroff Road in Ridge Township to check the welfare of a resident.
