August 1, 12:01 p.m. — Travis Vandyke, 26, of Van Wert, turned himself in at the Delphos Police Department on an outstanding warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court on contempt of court charges. He was taken into custody and turned over to Allen County sheriff’s deputies.
