Van Wert Police
October 1, 7:25 p.m. — A local resident reported the theft of items from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Westchester Court.
October 1, 10:37 p.m. — Rodney C. Pulfer, 29, of Convoy, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Washington Street.
October 2, 2:45 a.m. — Stephanie J. Semer, 24, of 502 S. Chestnut St., was cited for disorderly conduct while in the 200 block of North Wayne Street.
October 1, 3:07 p.m. — Several items, including a Nintendo Wii gaming system and controllers, from a residence in the 400 block of East Third Street.
October 2, 7:37 p.m. — The exterior door of a residence in the 600 block of North Market Street was damaged in an apparent burglary attempt. Police are investigating.
October 1, 7:41 p.m. — Jacob T. Owens, 16, a resident of The Marsh Foundation, 1229 Lincoln Highway, was cited for disorderly conduct.
October 1, 12:46 p.m. — Vandalism was reported to a Red Box DVD rental kiosk at McDonald’s restaurant, 1162 S. Shannon St.
Delphos Police
September 30, 10:25 p.m. — Jason Lacey, 28, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of theftfor allegedly taking a BMX-style bicycle in the 400 block of Harmon Street.
October 1, 10:31 p.m. — Two people were cited in connection with a traffic stop near the intersection of Fifth Street and Fort Jennings Road. Police reportedly saw a vehicle run the red light at that intersection and stopped the vehicle, discovering that the driver of the vehicle, Tiffany Talboom, 20, of Delphos, did not have a driver’s license. The vehicle’s owner, Cody Baker, 20, of Delphos, was also in the vehicle and was found to have been drinking, as well as allowing an unlicensed driver to operate his vehicle. Talboom was cited for having no operator’s license and a red light violation. Baker was cited for wrongful entrustment and underage consumption. In addition, two other passengers in the vehicle, Todd Gengler, 18, of Spencerville, and Kyle Hamilton, 18, of Elida, were cited for underage consumption.
October 1, 6:55 p.m. — Jeffrey Stocklin, 30, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued on behalf of the Allen County Adult Parole Authority for a prior receiving stolen property conviction.
