Van Wert Police

November 4, 5:37 p.m. — Billy R. Stevens, 65, of Michigan City, Ind., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle as a result of a traffic stop in the city.

November 5, 7:08 p.m. — Kristina L. Diltz, 31, of 525 N. Chestnut St., was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Department.

November 5, 3:33 p.m. — A 12-year-old Marsh Foundation resident was charged with felony assault after he hit a family teacher several times with a stick. Two other residents, ages 12 and 11, were cited for being unruly.

Delphos Police

November 6, 7:24 p.m. — Jessica Black, 34, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

November 6, 12:12 a.m. — Joe Ball, 31, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 800 block of West Skinner Street.
