Sunday, February 23 – a criminal damaging report was taken in the 700 block of Fox Rd.

Sunday, February 23 – a non-criminal incident was reported in the 500 block of S. Chestnut St.

Sunday, February 23 – a telecommunications harassment report was taken in the 500 block of E. Main St.

Monday, February 24 – domestic violence was reported in the 900 block of Glenn St.

Tuesday, February 25 – officers arrested Brandon Michael Clark, 28, of Van Wert on a probation violation warrant while in the 1100 block of Westwood Drive.

Tuesday, February 25 – officers assisted a male with mental health illness by referring him and escorting him to Westwood Behavorial.

Tuesday, February 25 – criminal trespassing was reported in the 300 block of N. Walnut St.

Tuesday, February 25 – a non-criminal report was taken in the 200 block of Brooks Ave.

Tuesday, February 25 – the police department responded to the 400 block of S. Franklin St. for a male not breathing.

Tuesday, February 25 – a report of strangulation was taken in the 800 block of Elm St.

Wednesday, February 26 – a fraud incident was reported in the 1100 block of S. Shannon St.

Wednesday, February 26 – arrested Elizah J. Harris and Justice B. Upton for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 600 block of N. Market St.

Wednesday, February 26 – arrested a juvenile, 15, on multiple counts of assault.

Wednesday, February 26 – took a report for aggravated menacing in the 200 block of N. Washington St.

Thursday, February 27 – a breaking and entering incident was reported in the 500 block of Collins Ave. It remains under investigation.

Thursday, February 27 – an unruly juvenile was reported in the 200 block of W. Crawford St.

Thursday, February 27 – arrested Terrance Landwehr for violating a protection order. The arrest was made in the 100 block of E. Main St.

Friday, February 28 – arrested Jalaire Moore on an outstanding warrant while in the 800 block of Kear Rd.

Saturday, March 1 – a telecommunications harassment report was taken in the 600 block of Liberty St.
