1:24 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Convoy Road in Hoaglin Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert City Police Department.

9:03 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Pleasant Township for a report of reckless driving.

11:28 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Monmouth Road in Harrison Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert City Police Department.

2:28 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject feeling lightheaded.

4:45 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on West Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of domestic violence.

5:34 p.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Van Wert Willshire Road in Pleasant Township for a subject who fell.

7:18 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Jonestown Road in York Township for a report of a subject shooting from the roadway.

8:35 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Franklin Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of reckless driving.

8:39 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on West Carmean Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of suspicious activity.

9:30 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on South Shane Street in the Village of Ohio City to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

10:09 p.m. – Deputies arrested a subject on a warrant issued by Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Brandon Nicholas Decker, 28 of Convoy, was taken into custody and turned over to Paulding County.

10:26 p.m. – Deputies arrested a subject on West Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a Bond Violation issued out of Van Wert Common Pleas Court. Dylan Matthew Slagle, 22, of Ohio City was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

10:41 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Tully Township for a subject having a diabetic emergency.

11:01 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a report of a vehicle driving with no lights.
