Van Wert Police

February 14, 8:22 p.m. — Shay M. Ringwald, 23, of Middle Point, was charged with possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony, after officers found the drug in his vehicle as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jennings Road.

February 15, 7:36 p.m. — Jamal N. Pirani, 30, of 631 S. Harrison St., was arrested for domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.

February 14, 9:08 a.m. — Trinity Thurston, 19, of 420 W. Main St., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while at 378 W. Maple Ave.

Delphos Police

February 14, 6:50 p.m. — Police are investigating a burglary in the 1200 block of Park Avenue, where entry was gained to the residence and electronic gear and other personal items taken.
