3:57 a.m. -Deputies responded to an area of Hogan Street in the Village of Willshire to check an abandoned 911 call.

7:50 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.

10:21 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on North Hamilton Street in the Village of Middle Point for a subject with an injured foot.

12:03 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Gamble Road in Ridge Township for a complaint of harassment.

1:14 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on West Main Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

1:16 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

1:55 p.m. – Dispatched Wren Fire to an area of Convoy Heller Road in Willshire Township for a report of a tractor fire.

2:15 p.m. – Deputies assisted with a funeral escort from the City of Van Wert to Woodlawn Cemetery in Liberty Township.

2:36 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Franklin Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject with severe edema.

3:06 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township to check an automated 911 call of a possible severe crash. No accident was located.

3:42 p.m. – Deputies, along with Grover Hill Fire and EMS, responded to an area of Doner Road in Jackson Township for a report of an overturned tractor in a field near Elm Sugar Road. A Ford tractor, driven by Eugene Arn of Jackson Township, was mowing a ditch bank when it rolled into the ditch. Arn was transported to OhioHealth Van Wert Hospital by Grover Hill EMS.

3:45 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a location on South Main Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject who fell.

4:31 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on U.S. 127 in Hoaglin Township for a subject having an asthma attack.

4:45 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Liberty Union Road in Pleasant Township for a report of a stray dog.

5:22 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Oak Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject with chest pain.

5:52 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residential alarm on Snyder Road in Liberty Township.

5:58 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of a vehicle parked in their yard.

6:57 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Dickenson Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a subject with symptoms of a stroke.

7:31 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Feasby Wisener Road in Tully Township for an unwanted subject on the property.

10:29 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on West Ervin Road in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

11:00 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Bonnewitz Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a loose dog.

11:09 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a report of a subject urinating in public with juveniles present. James Ray Ebright, 68, of Celina, was charged with public indecency, a fourth degree misdemeanor, and was issued a summons to appear in court.
