1:25 a.m. – Deputies, along with Ohio City EMS, responded to a residence on Ohio 116 in York Township for a subject in distress who had taken too much medication.

4:33 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. No incident was located.

5:17 a.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Monmouth Road in Harrison Township for a subject who fell.

6:02 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Plum Street in the Village of Venedocia for a domestic dispute.

9:07 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.

10:21 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Mendon Road in Ridge Township for a subject who fell.

10:41 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on South Shannon Street in the City of Van Wert for a subject responding appropriately.

10:51 a.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Harvey Road in Hoaglin Township to assist with an unruly juvenile.

11:58 a.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert Common Pleas Court for theft, a fifth degree felony, and misuse of credit cards, a first degree misdemeanor. Kameron N. Cooper, 47, of Van Wert, was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

12:41 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on South Washington Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

8:53 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject having an anxiety attack.
