12:16 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of State Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of suspicious activity.

2:23 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Ohio 81 in Jennings Township for a report of an occupied disabled vehicle.

10:22 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Veach Road in the Village of Middle Point for a report of a possible anhydrous ammonia tank leak.

1:50 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village of Venedocia for a report of a loose dog.

2:53 p.m. – Dispatched Delphos EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Washington Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.

3:03 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on North Main Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of domestic violence.

4:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of suspicious activity.

5:09 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a report of reckless driving.

5:23 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 127 in Pleasant Township for a report of a road sign being struck.

5:45 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

6:10 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township for a report of reckless driving. The suspected vehicle then crashed west of Lincoln Highway near the Gilliland Road overpass. A 2015 Volkswagen Passat driven by Victor Colon Velez of Chicago was driving westbound on U.S. 30 when it left the roadway, striking a guardrail, then traveled across the lanes of travel and came to rest in the median. The driver was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to control. He was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility. No injury was reported.

6:19 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject who fell.

8:08 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Dog Creek Road in Jackson Township for a report of subjects in the area shooting and stray bullets coming onto their property.

8:14 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Mendon Road in Ridge Township for a report of domestic violence.

10:49 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Heller Road in Tully Township for a report of reckless driving.
