12:27 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.

1:51 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location in the City of Van Wert to assist a stranded resident to a location on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township.

5:37 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 127 in Hoaglin Township to check an abandoned 911 call.

8:40 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on East Jackson Street in the Village of Middle Point for a subject with nausea.

10:31 a.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on North Main Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject having complications with an incision.

11:28 a.m. – Deputies, along with Ohio City Fire and EMS, responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on U.S. 127 in Liberty Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated the accident.

12:27 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Banter Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of a dispute. Arianna Nichole Johnson, 20, of Ohio City, was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility charged with endangering children, a first degree misdemeanor, and  disorderly conduct, a fourth degree misdemeanor.

12:43 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

1:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on U.S. 224 in Jackson Township.

3:19 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 224 in Hoaglin Township for a report of a disabled vehicle.

4:05 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a report of menacing.

4:40 p.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.

4:40 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Willshire Ohio City Road in Liberty Township to check the welfare of a resident.

5:29 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Mill Street in the Village of Middle Point for a report of trespassing.

6:17 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Richey Road in Union Township for a report of a disabled vehicle.

7:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township to check the welfare of animals.

8:22 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Ohio 49 in Willshire Township for a report of reckless driving.
