11:00 a.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by the Allen County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court for a bond violation. Stefan E. Dirham of Ridge Township was taken into custody during a traffic stop. He was transported and custody was transferred to the Allen County, Ohio, Sheriff.

11:03 a.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on North Elm Street in the Village of Ohio City for a subject who fell.

2:21 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Sesame Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject who fell.

2:46 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on McConahay Road in Pleasant Township to check an open line 911 call.

4:51 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Pleasant Drive in Pleasant Township to check the welfare of a resident.

6:06 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

6:29 p.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on North Elm Street in the Village of Ohio City for a subject who fell.

8:15 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Green Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of a dog attacking another dog.

8:35 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Center Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
