1:33 a.m. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Ohio 709 in Liberty Township for a subject not feeling well and disoriented.

5:54 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of John Brown Road in Union Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

9:00 a.m. – Deputies spoke to a resident from the Village of Scott regarding a complaint of harassment.

10:24 a.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Sesame Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject with knee pain from a previous fall.

12:47 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Ohio 118 in Pleasant Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

2:20 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on East Central Avenue in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

3:24 p.m. – Deputies took two reports of motor vehicle crashes located on private property at Vantage Career Center.

5:19 p.m. – Dispatched Middle Point Fire to a residence on Gamble Road in Ridge Township for a fire alarm.

5:50 p.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert Common Pleas Court for possession of a fentanyl related compound. Ian Daniel Taylor, 32, of Van Wert, is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

6:00 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a complaint of fraud.

7:38 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of State Road in Ridge Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer.

7:43 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Richey Road in Pleasant Township for a complaint of harassment.

7:47 p.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject who was ill.

8:37 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

8:51 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on U.S. Route 33 in Willshire Township to stand by as a peace officer while a subject retrieved property.

12:14 a.m. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert Common Pleas Juvenile Division for civil contempt. Two warrants issued by Van Wert Common Pleas for a bond violation and a fifth degree felony charge of aggravated possession of drugs. Theresa Louise Bakle, 40, of Van Wert, is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

12:38 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Dull Robinson Road in Liberty Township for a report of suspicious activity.

12:51 a.m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject with chest pain.

4:42 a.m. – Dispatched Van Wert Fire to a residence on West Main Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of an activated smoke detector.
