Van Wert Police

March 3, 2:23 a.m. — Judy A. Stoddard, 55, of 1022 Prospect Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct by reason of intoxication after she was stumbling and falling while walking on West Main Street.

March 3, 7:23 p.m. — The manager of the Black Swamp Bistro reported three food bills valued at approximately $100 were not paid.

March 2, 9:24 a.m. — Approximately 1,590 cubic feet of water was allegedly stolen from a rental property in the 600 block of North Race Street.

March 3, 8:52 a.m. — A Columbus man reported the theft of funds from his grandmother’s account at a local financial institution.

February 29, 1:13 p.m. — A Van Wert man said his personal information was used to open a Comcast account without his permission.

February 29, 4:34 p.m. — A Napoleon woman reported that someone was taking money illegally from an elderly relative’s account at a local financial institution.

Delphos Police

March 2, 5:10 p.m. — Investigators from the Van Wert Police Department, assisted by Delphos police officers from the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 900 block of Superior Street. No arrests were made at the time the residence was searched, although an investigation continues.
