June 17, 3:37 a.m. — Robert Koester, 23, of Wapakoneta, was cited for disorderly conduct and an open container violation as a result of an incident in the downtown area.

June 15, 12:27 p.m. — Ashley Harter, 29, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant in the 1000 block of Superior Street.
