June 16, 7:44 p.m. — Michael J. Keipper, 22, of 1286-B Sunrise Court, was arrested on menacing charges after making threats to harm several other people.

June 14, 10:13 p.m. — Jesus Alberto Salazar, 40, of Mission, Texas, and Lisa A. Johnson, 44, of 317 S. Wayne St., were cited for open container violations after they were found drinking alcohol at Van Wert No. 3 Reservoir.
