Van Wert Police

August 18, 12:15 p.m. — Joe B. Quevedo, 47, of 233 South Ave., was charged with possession of heroin for an incident that occurred in the 400 block of South Vine Street.

August 18, 1:33 a.m. — Daniel JW Miller, 25, of Paulding, was charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Shannon Street.

August 18, 12:39 p.m. — Brandon D. Barnes, 30, of 1023 Park St., was arrested near the intersection of Greenewald and Tyler streets on a probation violation charge.

Delphos Police

August 19, 12:02 p.m. — The theft of jewelry was reported at a residence in the 400 block of North Clay Street.

August 17, 4:23 p.m. — Damage to a toilet in a restroom at Stadium Park was reported.

August 17, 3:11 p.m. — Jason Osting, 38, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Putnam County for failure to appear in court.

August 17, 12:28 a.m. — Devon Schoffner, 20, of Delphos, was cited for an open container violation while in the 100 block of East Fifth Street.
