Van Wert Police

September 3, 1:26 a.m. — Jesse Ray Dubey, 19, of Caseville, Mich., was charged with underage consumption after he was stopped in the vicinity of the Van Wert Party Shop, 1060 S. Washington St.

September 2, 4:47 p.m. — John V. Snavely, 46, of 229 W. First St., was charged with discharging a firearm within the city limits.

August 31, 3:50 p.m. — William E. Shinnaberry, 20, of 605 Center St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Allen County Common Pleas Court.

August 31, 9:52 a.m. — Zachary S. Craig, 33, of 317 S. Market St., was arrested on a charge of domestic violence, a felony of the third degree, for an incident that occurred at his residence.

August 29, 7:31 p.m. — Richard P. Bogart, 74, of 1015 E. Main St., was charged with public indecency as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.
