September 4, 11:10 a.m. — Kyle J. Goodwin, 23, of 430 Boyd Ave., was arrested on a charge of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.

September 3, 7:40 p.m. — Cheri A. Uhlenhake, 44, of 621 Center St., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Crawford and Taylor streets.

September 4, 1:39 a.m. — Kyle E. Bourelle, 28, of Celina, was arrested for abusing a harmful intoxicant after police responded to a report of a male who was unresponsive.

September 3, 4:39 p.m. — Vandalism was reported to a hand-operated water pump located in the Children’s Garden at Smiley Park.

September 3, 6:01 p.m. — Lacey E. Burk, 30, of 1002 George St., was arrested for disorderly conduct from another jurisidiction.
