February 14, 6:40 p.m. — A 14-year-old resident of Marsh Hall at The Marsh Foundation was charged with criminal damaging for allegedly damaging a staff member’s vehicle.

February 14, 9 p.m. — Shawn Fry, 17, of Lima, who was reported as a runaway, was found at a Van Wert residence and returned to his foster mother.

February 14, 5:33 p.m. — A resident of the 500 block of South Walnut Street reported a residential burglary.
