February 16, 3:37 p.m. — The theft of a purple and black 26-inch girls’ Huffy Ridgeway bicycle, city license No. 7488 was reported in the 200 block of North Jefferson Street.

February 16, 7:08 p.m. — A resident of the 300 block of South Franklin Street reported that his vehicle was “egged” and “keyed” with the message: “URDEAD.” Police are investigating the report.
