Van Wert Police

February 19, 10:21 a.m. — Jessica L. Dangler, 27, of 223 W. First St., was charged with violating a civil protection order after an incident that allegedly occurred at 361 Bonnewitz Avenue.

February 19, 10:19 p.m. — Joshua D. Krugh, 28, of 1015 Fairfield Drive, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) after an alleged “road rage” incident in the 200 block of North Market Street.

February 19, 3:12 a.m. — James F. Burnfield, 41, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. 7, was charged with OVI after a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Main Street.

February 15, 3:56 p.m. — The mother of a young Van Wert girl reported that someone took property belonging to her daughter while she was at the S.F. Goedde Building, 205 W. Main St.

February 15, 9:50 a.m. — A 12-year-old Marsh Foundation student was charged with assault, a fifth-degree felony offense, after allegedly assaulting a Marsh staff member.
