Van Wert Police

February 26, 3:01 a.m. — Shane A. Carroll, 20, of 711 E. Main St., was in a lot of trouble as he was first charged with assault in connection with a fight and later with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business when he reportedly got an attitude with police officers investigating the fight.

February 27, 1:55 a.m. — Matthew D. Whittenbarger, 36, of 909 Woodland Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 500 block of Jennings Road.

Delphos Police

February 27, 10:10 p.m. — Kermit Minnig, 53, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.

February 27, 1:11 a.m. — Nathan Bullock, 16, and Brandon Foust, also 16, both of Delphos, were arrested for curfew violations after they were stopped in the 100 block of West Cleveland Street.
