March 6, 1:34 a.m. — Douglas Hale, 44, of Lima, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of Clime Street.

March 6, 2:08 a.m. — Cody Warnimont, 23, of Delphos, was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Third Street.

March 6, 10:10 p.m. — Michael Combs, 48, of Delphos, was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of West Second Street.
