March 13, 3:18 a.m. — Nicole B. Russell, 25, of Spencerville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a report that a man was intoxicated at Pak-A-Sak, 800 N. Washington St.

March 13, 11:22 p.m. — A city resident reported that someone entered his residence and stole a Nintendo Wii game machine.

March 13, 12:45 a.m. — Steven Sowers, 28, of 166 Kenwick Drive, was arrested for OVI and failing to register his vehicle as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Daniel Street.

March 13, 12:29 a.m. — Brittany N. Ewing, 20, of Lima, was charged with underage consumption and OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Central Avenue.
