April 2, 11:33 p.m. —  Mark Smith, 52, of Elida, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct-persisting as a result of fighting in the 100 block of East Second Street.

April 2, 9:42 a.m. — Brandon Ziola, 23, of Delphos, arrested on charges of obstructing official business and disorderly conduct-persisting for incidents that occurred in the 100 block of Elida Road.
