April 6, 6:18 p.m. — Brian Bradley, 22, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in connection with an incident that occurred in the 300 block of West Fifth Street.

April 5, 7:26 p.m. — Kenneth Janka, 51, of Cloverdale, was arrested in connection with an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert County after officers were called to investigate a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Fifth and State streets.
