May 11, 11:13 p.m. — Aron Lichtenberger, 32, of Delphos, as charged with possession of marijuana.

May 11, 9:20 a.m. — Philip Cross, 22, and Brock Parsons, 21, both of Delphos, were arrested on charges of criminal trespass and theft after officers caught them in an area close to an unoccupied building near the intersection of Clime and Bredeick streets.
