May 13, 2:55 p.m. — Christine Miller, 19, of Van Wert was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), driving under a license suspension and possession of harmful intoxicants. She was also served with an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for probation violation. A passenger in the vehicle, Ryan Homier, 21, of Van Wert, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Logan County and was also charged with possession of marijuana and abusing harmful intoxicants.
