May 16, 8:45 p.m. — Nicholas M. Devecchio, 26, of 189 Kenwick Drive, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and an open container citation as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Walnut Street and Hospital Drive.

May 17, 9:43 a.m. — A representative of Federal-Mogul Corporation reported the theft of a Dell laptop computer from the company.
