Van Wert Police

June 2, 8:10 p.m. — Claude L. Powell Jr., 48, of 320 S. Chestnut St., was arrested on a charge of aggravated menacing in connection with a domestic dispute at his residence.

June 1, 9:25 a.m. — An employee of Lloyd’s Auto Service, 707 E. Main St., reported that someone entered two cars parked at the business and tampered with property in the vehicles.

June 1, 2:23 p.m. — A woman found a plastic bag containing marijuana in the 1100 block of Westwood Drive. The bag was turned over to police.
