VW independent staff  A water main replacement project, which began Monday along E. Main St. in Van Wert, will continue for approximately three months.  According to Safety-Service Director Jay Fleming, the project will progress block-by-block and will result in westbound traffic being detoured around the block to give crews more room to work.
