VW independent staff PAULDING — The Western Buckeye Educational Service Center Governing Board has accepted the retirement-resignation of its superintendent. Thomas Taylor’s resignation was accepted Wednesday night, after ESC board members went into executive session. His resignation will take effect effect July 31.
